When you submit an inquiry, we collect the contact, trip and vehicle details you provide, along with basic attribution information needed to understand where the request came from.
How we use it
We use inquiry data to answer you, assess route suitability, prepare a proposal and maintain an operational record of the conversation. We do not sell personal information.
Storage and access
Inquiry access is limited to authorized Offgrid administrators and trip coordinators. Operational providers may process data only to host the service, store media or deliver email.
Your choices
You may request access, correction or deletion of your information by emailing info@offgrid.ba. Some records may be retained where required for legal or safety purposes.
Cookies and analytics
Analytics are disabled in the preview version. If measurement tools are enabled later, this notice and consent controls will be updated before non-essential tracking begins.
