Booking
A trip becomes confirmed only after Offgrid provides written confirmation, final terms and any required payment instructions. An inquiry alone creates no reservation.
Route changes
The expedition lead may alter or cancel a route due to weather, access, vehicle condition, guest readiness or other safety concerns. A specific track or viewpoint cannot be guaranteed.
Guest responsibilities
Guests must provide accurate health, experience and vehicle information, follow guide instructions, use required safety equipment and respect local access and environmental rules.
Self-drive vehicles
The owner remains responsible for road legality, insurance, mechanical condition, fuel and damage to their vehicle. Suitability approval does not guarantee that damage or recovery will not occur.
Final terms
Complete cancellation, payment, liability and insurance terms will be supplied with a real proposal before the live booking service opens.
