About this route

Zelengora rises within Sutjeska National Park in southeastern Bosnia, a wide, rolling massif known for its glacial lakes, high pastures and some of the last old-growth forest left in Europe.

The hike climbs out of the forest onto open highland meadows, with wide views across the park toward Maglić and the Sutjeska valley below. Guests booking the evening or overnight package finish the day around a campfire, with the option to sleep out under the stars before the drive back the next morning.
